A focused service

Make the opportunity
specific to your business.

A published notice establishes demand. It does not establish that your business should bid. We bring the commercial and operational questions into the same brief.

01

Assess relevance

We screen the requirement against your territory, services and preferred contract scale, excluding items already in your disclosed pipeline.

02

Expose the decision

Our analysis identifies the questions that determine fit: delivery coverage, participation conditions, mobilisation and the information still required.

03

Define the next action

We provide a recommendation, a response route and a dated action list so your team can decide whether to investigate, progress or decline.

Our approach

Traceable evidence.
Visible judgement.

The current pilot focuses on UK commercial cleaning. Other sectors or countries require an agreed scope and a feasibility check before an order is accepted.

1

Agree the profile

Define your coverage, capabilities, contract preferences and existing opportunity exclusions.

2

Review the evidence

Check official notices and available documents. Record material gaps rather than treating assumptions as requirements.

3

Deliver the assessment

Receive a shortlist and a deeper brief on the strongest candidate, followed by a handover or written Q&A.

Example intelligence

From published notice
to commercial question.

Three examples from our research. These are dated public opportunities, available to other suppliers. They are not exclusive leads or confirmed introductions.

Research dated 5 November 2026. Full tender packs and provider eligibility have not been verified in these screening examples. Sources and deadlines require rechecking before action.

Examine the deliverable

A brief built around
the decision.

Two distinct examples show how the same research method changes with the company and procurement. The Dover brief considers Wetton’s operating profile and a previous award. The Swansea brief considers Supacleen’s published coverage and a separate short-term cleaning award. Neither provider commissioned or endorsed the work.

  • A clear recommendation and its limits
  • Buyer history and practical eligibility checks
  • Priority questions and a practical action sequence
  • Source references, dates and unresolved evidence

Two pages per sample. Notice-level research with explicit limits; full tender packs have not been reviewed. Neither example establishes eligibility.

One defined assignment

Test the work.
Keep the scope clear.

We recommend starting with a focused pilot. We agree the operating profile, exclusions, deliverables and delivery date before work begins.

£250Total pilot fee. Not VAT-registered. No VAT charged.

No upfront payment. No subscription. No automatic renewal.

Included in the pilot

  • Five distinct, live, new-to-client screened opportunities within the agreed profile, subject to feasibility.
  • One notice-level decision brief, maximum two pages, on the strongest candidate, with up to two accessible relevant public history sources. Full tender-pack review is excluded. Material gaps preventing the agreed assessment must be resolved before acceptance.
  • A 20-minute handover or written Q&A, plus one clarification response.
  • One correction or replacement round against the agreed criteria.

£50 per explicitly accepted record, capped at £250. A reduced scope requires your agreement; otherwise you may cancel an incomplete pilot without charge. Five working days to review. Accepted work invoiced on seven-day terms.

Before you commission

Clear answers.

A research service should be straightforward to assess, commission and use.

How does this differ from a tender alert service?

The assignment delivers a company-specific shortlist and decision brief against a written operating profile. We do not provide a continuous monitoring platform, a complete market database or software integrations.

Are these exclusive leads?

No. Public notices remain public. Our service provides research and analysis, not buyer consent, an appointment or a permissioned introduction.

What if an opportunity is already in our pipeline?

Items disclosed in your existing pipeline are excluded before work starts. Duplicate procurement notices and later updates do not count as separate opportunities.

What makes a record acceptable?

It must meet the agreed profile and include official evidence, current stage, response route, deadline and fit rationale. Expired, withdrawn, out-of-scope or unverified records fail. Unresolved eligibility issues that prevent the agreed assessment must be resolved or replaced before billing.

What happens if five suitable opportunities cannot be supplied?

You may cancel without charge or explicitly agree a smaller accepted scope at £50 per record. We do not substitute unsuitable items to complete the count.

Do you submit bids or guarantee contract wins?

No. Your team retains the bid/no-bid decision and submits its own tender. The pilot does not include bid writing, representation, legal advice or a guarantee of eligibility or revenue.

How is AI used?

Research and drafting may be AI-assisted. Source references, uncertainty and judgement remain visible in the deliverable. AI output is not treated as evidence or as a substitute for checking the underlying procurement documents.
